Social mixer set by 100 Black Men

The 100 Black Men of Greater Youngstown-Warren will celebrate its fifth year in existence with a social mixer Thursday at Squaw Creek Country Club. Tickets are $15 and can be obtained by contacting a member or on Facebook. For more information contact Mike McNair at 330-322-4383.

By mentoring and partnering with other organizations, the 100 Black Men endeavors to expand its membership.

The membership process entails a $45 appplication fee, a background check and an interview with the membership committee.

Members whose memberships have expired can renew without a reinstatement fee until June; after that, they should mail a check for $150 to the organization at P.O. Box 53, Youngstown, OH 44501, or contact McNair at the above number.
