GARDEN CLUBS | This week's meetings announced

TUESDAY

Daphne will meet at 11:30 a.m. at Poland United Methodist Church with lunch at noon at Das Dutch Haus followed by a meeting at 1:30 p.m. at Lutz Greenhouse, 7879 W. Pine Lake Road, for a “Plant It-Take It” workshop. Coordinator will be Anne Beck.

WEDNESDAY

Mahoning will have a sack lunch at noon and Sheila Bowan will teach artistic flower arranging in Kidston classroom at the Davis Center. Hostesses will be Lois Boulis and JoAnn Ziemianski.

THURSDAY

St. Charles will meet in the St. Matthew Room at the Ministries Building at 7 p.m. for a program on preparing for spring planting. Hostesses will be Judy Buck, Betty Briach and Gemma Catalano.

Sweetbriar will meet the Giant Eagle at 5:30 p.m. and travel to D.J.’s Greenhouse in Transfer, Pa. Hostess is Wendy Homer.

Garden club events are published Sunday. Please submit information to the Society Department by 5 p.m. Wednesday.
