Boar’s Head Ladies of St. John’s Episcopal Church, 323 Wick Ave., Youngstown, will sponsor a chicken dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at the church. Cost is $6.50, and no reservations are necessary. Containers will be provided for takeout orders; call 330-743-3175.

FRIDAY

American Legion Post 737, 16465 Milton Ave., Lake Milton, will serve the following meals from 3 to 7 p.m.: all-you-can-eat fried fish, chicken or shrimp. Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church Hall, 526 W. Rayen Ave., Youngstown, will sell potato and potato with kraut pirogi for $5 a dozen. St. Maron Church, 1555 S. Meridian Road, Youngstown, will serve fish dinners from 3 to 7 p.m. The cost is $9.

St. Stanislaus Church, 430 Williamson Ave., Youngstown, will sell potato, kraut and cottage cheese pirogi. The cost is $5 a dozen. Advance orders will be taken at 330-747-3024 from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Thursday and 8 to 11 Friday, based upon availability. No lunches will be served, and no walk-in orders will be taken this week. Patrons are asked to provide their own containers and use the side entrance.

Also planned at St. Stanislaus Church is a fish dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. Tickets are $8 for adults in advance or $8.50 at the door. The cost for children 6 to 12 is $4, and those 5 and under eat free.

St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church (formerly St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church), 4453 Warren-Sharon Road, Vienna, will sponsor fish dinners from 4 to 7 p.m. The cost is $8.75 for adults, $8.50 for seniors, $4 for children 6 to 12 and free for those 5 and under. Takeout service will be from 3 to 7 p.m.

Tod Avenue United Methodist Church, 155 Tod Ave. NW, Warren, will have an all-you-can-eat fish dinner from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Meals of fish or meatloaf will cost is $9 for adults and $3 for children. Carryouts will be available.

VFW Post 2799, South Range Road, New Springfield, will have a fish fry from 4 to 7 p.m. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children 10 and under.

VFW Post 9571, 11397 Ellsworth Road, Ellsworth, will have an all-you-can-eat fish fry from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Also available will be 4-piece chicken, chicken finger or shrimp dinners. The cost is $7.50 for adults and $7 for seniors.

SATURDAY

Greenford Lutheran Church, 7450 W. South Range Road, will have a chicken pot pie supper with seatings at 4:30 and 6 p.m. The cost is $8 for adults, $4 for children 3 to 11 and free for those 2 and under. New Hope United Methodist Church, 21 Fairview Ave., Niles, will have a spaghetti dinner with a salad bar from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Meals are $8 for adults, $4 for children and free for those under 5. There also will be a bake sale.

SUNDAY

A Chaney Baseball spaghetti dinner will be from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Franciscan Friars Shrine of Our Lady, 517 S. Belle Vista Ave., Youngstown. Meals are $6 for adults and $3.50 for children under 10. Takeouts will be available, and there will be a silent auction.

ITAM Veterans Post 3, 115 S. Meridian Road, Youngstown, will serve spaghetti dinners from noon to 5 p.m. The cost is $6.50 for adults and $3.75 for children.
