Croatian Pride Day to be April 9 event

The third annual Croatian Pride Day will be observed April 9 at St. George Croatian Center, Croatian Home, 3200 Vestal Road, where doors will open at noon. The admission fee will be $3.

Vendors will provide a variety of Croatian items including foods, crafts, music and information about the local Croatian community in an open market setting.

Croatian delicacies will be prepared in the kitchen and sold during the day, and the Happy Hearts Junior Tamburitzans will entertain. There will be a 50-50 raffle and an auction of Croatian items. For more information call 330-788-2154 or 330-799-0914.
