Youngstown 5th Ward candidates forum is Thursday

YOUNGSTOWN — The Newport Neighborhood Association is sponsoring a candidates forum for those running for Youngstown City Council’s 5th Ward seat at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Martin Luther Lutheran Church, 420 Clearmount Ave.

Each candidate will have about three minutes to introduce themselves and talk about their vision for the ward. A question-and-answer period will follow.
