Help clean Valley roadways Saturday

YOUNGSTOWN

The Youngstown Litter Control and Recycling Program is looking for volunteers to help clean the on/off ramps and local and state roadways in Mahoning County beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday.

Participants should meet at the Youngstown State University tailgate lot on Fifth Avenue.
