Help Hotline welcomes new board member

YOUNGSTOWN — The Board of Directors of Help Hotline Crisis Center has appointed Barbara Ewing of Salem to fill an unexpired board position ending in October 2012.

Ewing is chief operating officer for the Youngstown Business Incubator and also serves on the boards of directors for Eastern Ohio P-16 Council, Grow Mahoning Valley, and Power of the Arts. She is a licensed counselor.
