Rotary Club of Youngstown will sponsor its 12th annual reverse raffle, live auction and basket auction April 8 at The Embassy, 5030 Youngstown Poland Road, Boardman.

The fundraiser will begin at 6 p.m. with a social gathering featuring an open bar and hors d’oeuvres. Dinner at 7:30 will include a dessert table and will be followed by a live auction and the raffle at 8:15.

A 37-inch flat-screen television from Best Buy of Boardman will be one of the items available for bidding during the live auction.

There also will be a silent auction and a basket auction, and music will be provided throughout the evening by Al Gallo and The Sound Shop.

Tickets for the reverse raffle are $100. Only 200 will be sold to ensure guests a better opportunity to win the grand prize of $3,000. Dinner-only tickets are available for $50 and entitle the holder to the entire evening, except for a chance to win the grand prize.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the charitable projects sponsored by the club. Previous beneficiaries include Easter Seals, OH WOW! Children’s Museum, the Boys and Girls Club, the Salvation Army, Potential Development, Harding Elementary Playground and others.
