Deidre L. Watson, PHR, recently joined the staff of Shepherd of the Valley as the Director of Human Resources. Watson has a BS in Business Administration/Human Resources from Youngstown State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She lives in Liberty with her husband and two children.

The Center for Nonprofit Excellence in Akron named Marie Erb as the new data management and website specialist. Erb will also be assisting CNE with communications. She earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Kent State University. For the past 12 years, she was employed by The Burton D. Morgan Foundation, where she served as Administrator, Director of Communications and Grants Manager. She lives in Uniontown with her husband and daughter.
