Lambert is Employee of the Year in Boardman

Karen Lambert, LPN, was selected as the Employee of the Year for Shepherd of the Valley-Boardman at a recent Employee Appreciation party.

Lambert has been a nurse at Shepherd of the Valley-Boardman since 2003. She is currently the nurse scheduler.

Employee of the Year is nominated and chosen by the community’s staff.

She was nominated for Employee of the Month in March 2010.

“Karen is extremely approachable, genuinely cares about the residents and staff, has an extremely positive attitude, and is very fair. She is well liked by staff, residents and family members,” said Lori Kerchofer, a nurse.
