The 2nd annual Big Tap In Real Craft Brew Festival — the largest event of its kind between Cleveland and Pittsburgh — will be April 30 at the Shepherd Event Center on South Avenue (former Sam’s Club location).
Last year’s event attracted 1,400 attendees from seven states.
This year’s festival will feature more than 120 craft beers from around the nation for sampling; and more than 20 local, regional and national food specialties.
Live entertainment will include a West African drummer, djembe drummers, bagpipers, duets, solo artists and a special opening song by country singer Sarah Turner of Boardman.
Tickets are $40 and $65 and are available online at thebigtapin.com; by calling HandsOn Volunteer Network at 330-782-5877; and at Vintage Estate Wine and Beer, 7317 South Ave.
