Beaver schools kindergarten registration under way

LISBON — The Beaver Local School District will have kindergarten registration for the 2011-12. Registration packets may be picked up through Saturday at the elementary school that your child will attend, based on residence.

All registration packets should be returned no later than March 25.

Completed registration requires an official birth certificate (with original embossed seal) showing the child will be 5 on or before Aug. 1, a copy of the immunization record documenting that the child has had five DPT, four polio, two MMR, three hepatitis B and two chicken pox vaccinations, social security card, legal documents showing custody and/or legal guardianship, if applicable, and proof or residency.
