Hoyt offers new classes

NEW CASTLE, PA.

The Hoyt Institute of Fine Arts’ spring semester will run from April 5 through May 28.

New this year is a three-day watercolor workshop by nationally recognized painter Tom McNickle.

Other new offerings include Carey Anne La Sor’s class on the ancient German paper art of Scherenschnitte; Anne Neikirk’s Digital Photo Collage Calendar class; and Dr. Frank Treccase’s investigation of Italian literature — an introduction to Dante’s “The Divine Comedy.”
