“Community Connection” (6:30 a.m. Sunday on 21-WFMJ TV; and 10 a.m. Tuesday on Time Warner Cable community access channel): March is Women’s History Month and the Women’s History Committee of Trumbull County will celebrate with its 25th anniversary dinner. Kenya Howard and E. Carol Maxwell will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to discuss the event and invite the community to participate.

Next, Rose Carter and Norma Coe Anderson will discuss ACTION (The Alliance for Congregational Transformation Influencing Our Neighborhoods), and its ninth annual community celebration dinner, featuring Bishop George Murry as the keynote speaker.

“Increase the Peace” (6:30 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. Sunday on MyYTV): Host Andrea Mahone’s guest will be Kathleen Wildman of Hard Hatted Women of Trumbull County. The group aims to empower women to achieve economic independence by creating workplace diversity in trade and technical careers.

“Sunday Morning with Dee Show” (8 a.m. Sunday on WKBN-TV): Host Dee Crawford will be joined by Yulanda McCarty-Harris and Porfirio Esparra Jr. of the Youngstown State University Diversity Council. They will discuss the fourth annual Diversity Leadership Recognition Celebration.

Dancer will give lessons at studio

Professional dancer Jonathan Roberts, who has appeared on “Dancing with the Stars,” will give private and group lessons April 4 and 5 at Fred Astaire Dance Studio, 5090 Market St.
