'Skate for the Kids' will benefit hospital

Akron Children’s Hospital Mahoning Valley will receive $1 from each regular-priced admission during the second-annual “Skate for the Kids” events, to take place at the Ice Zone, 360 McClurg Road, on Saturday and on March 19.

The events will take place during public ice-skating lessons, which are scheduled at the following times each of the days: 2 to 4 p.m., 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. and 7 to 11 p.m.
