MCCTC salon starts afternoon hours

Cosmetology students at Mahoning County Career and Technical Center will begin offering afternoon hours for the public at the school salon March 17.

Afternoon appointments are available starting at noon. All services are performed by students under the supervision of their instructor and prices start at $6. Services include haircuts, hairstyles, perms, relaxers, facials, hair removal, hair color and manicures. The salon will be open until May by appointment only.
