Church participating in Feinstein Challenge

YOUNGSTOWN

Mahoning United Methodist Church is participating in the 2011 Feinstein Challenge in an effort to fight hunger.

Donations made to the church during March and April are critical to this fundraising effort because the amount the church receives from the Feinstein Challenge is based on the total amount donated. The more the pantries raise, the more the foundation will contribute.

To help Mahoning United Methodist Church feed the hungry on the West Side, checks in any amount will be appreciated and can be made out to and mailed to the church, 2214 Mahoning Ave., Youngstown, OH 44509.
