Poland boys win, Newton Falls loses

The Poland High boys basketball team defeated Streetsboro 49-47 in Wednesday's Division II district semifinal at Boardman High School.

The Bulldogs will meet Struthers in Saturday's 6 p.m. district championship game.

Newton Falls lost 59-52 to Burton Berkshire in a Division III district semifinal at Howland High School. The Badgers will meet LaBrae in Saturday's 3 p.m. district final.
