Lecture on bowel disease Saturday

INDEPENDENCE

The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of American Northeast Ohio Chapter is having a patient-education event on inflammatory bowel diseases Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Embassy Suites Hotel here.

Local experts will discuss medical therapies, diagnosis, coping, surgery and diet. The program is free and open to the public, but registration is required. Lunch and other refreshments will be provided. Call 216-524-7700.
