Columbiana County Fair 2011 Collector Basket available

LISBON

The Columbiana County Fair’s Limited Edition 2011 Collector Basket is now on sale. The “Picnic/Cake” basket is the second in the series of collector baskets.

The hard maple basket is handmade by American Traditions Basket Co. in Canal Fulton. The basket features a commemorative brass tag, a blue and cranberry chain weave, a custom laser-engraved wooden lid and a plastic protector. It measures 13.5 by 13.5 by 7.5 inches and costs $60. Checks should be made payable to the fair.

Each basket is made in America and can be registered to receive a lifetime warranty that covers workmanship and materials. The new basket complements the commemorative basket issued last year celebrating the fair’s 165th anniversary. A limited number of that basket still are available for $47.
