Niles board member to be honored

Marlene O. Rhodes, a board member of the Niles City and Trumbull Career and Technical Center school boards, will be presented with the Ohio School Boards Associations’ Award of Achievement at one of the association’s regional spring conferences March 23.

The award is given to school-board members in recognition of their commitment to training and leadership activities on their boards of education and in regional and statewide OSBA activities.
