May wedding for Miss Henrich and Mr. Lavanty

Announced by Sam and Kathy Lavanty of Poland is the engagement of their son, Tod Lavanty of Minneapolis, and Nicole Henrich of Minneapolis, a daughter of Dave and Fran Henrich of St. Peter, Minn.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She is a physical therapist with NovaCare Rehabilitation in Coon Rapids, Minn.

The prospective groom is employed as a promotions writer/producer/editor with Fox Sports in Minneapolis. He earned a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications from Youngstown State University.

Invitations will be issued for the wedding the couple have planned for 2 p.m. May 14 at The Cathedral of St. Paul in St. Paul, Minn., and for their evening reception at the Minnesota History Center in St. Paul.
