Mahoning County to open 100-year-old time capsule today

YOUNGSTOWN — The Mahoning County Bar Association, county commissioners and judges were to observe the centennial of the opening of the county courthouse at 12:30 p.m. today in the courthouse rotunda with the opening of the cornerstone time capsule.
