Police: Woman's body pulled from Allegheny River
PITTSBURGH (AP) — Police say a woman’s body has been pulled from the Allegheny River near Pittsburgh.
O’Hara Township police Superintendent James Farringer says the woman’s body was pulled from the water around 11 a.m. today. WTAE-TV reported a worker at the Bell Harbor Yacht Club discovered the body between a boat and a dock.
Authorities say the body had keys in a pocket but no identification.
The Allegheny County coroner’s office will conduct an autopsy.
