Mahoning Co. exit ramp still closed due to flooding

YOUNGSTOWN — Ohio Department of Transportation District 4 said that Interstate 680 northbound exit ramp to Salt Springs Road remains closed due to high water from Monday's flooding.

Motorists are asked to avoid the exit, and a detour for the closure is posted, ODOT officials said.
