Columbiana County road remains closed because of flooding

NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio — The Ohio Department of Transportation's District 11 reported today that state Route 154 in Elkton in Columbiana County remains closed due to Monday's flooding.

The road will be reopened as soon as the water recedes, ODOT officials said.
