Greatest: Why doesn't Jonah like Tippe No. 2? Click here.

Week 9 of the 2011 "18 Greatest Golf Holes of the Valley - Reader's Choice" drops in on No. 2 at Tippecanoe Country Club in Canfield.

Readers liked the Par 5 hole for many reasons. When we went there, we also learned that the hole is host to a rare double eagle from club champ Scott Porter, who'll be teeing off in August's Greatest Golfer of the Valley tourney.

But our Greatest blogger, Jonah Karzmer, himself a club champ at The Lake Club, thinks there are better holes to honor at Tippe:

"First off, I just want to say that I am a big fan of Tippecanoe. I think the golf course is one of the more challenging courses in the area and it’s certainly always in great shape. Unfortunately, similar to last year, I’m not that crazy about the hole that’s been selected from Tippe for our Greatest 18 list. Several years ago Tippe went through a major overhaul. New holes were created and the routing of the course was changed. One of the new holes created (by combining the old par 4 number two and the old par 3 number three) is our hole this week."
