Indians promote 3B Chisenhall

PHOENIX (AP) — The Cleveland Indians have promoted rookie third baseman Lonnie Chisenhall from the minors, hoping to spark their stagnant offense.

The 22-year-old Chisenhall, considered the top prospect in the organization, will make his major league debut Monday night at third and bat seventh against Arizona.

To make room for Chisenhall, the club designated infielder Adam Everett for assignment.
