SENIOR CITIZENS


Commercial Intertech Retirees will meet at noon Tuesday at St. Mark Orthodox Church fellowship hall on Logan Way, Youngstown. Lou Pizzuto will preside. Reports will be given by Gloria Wielbruda and Roberta Shick. Hosts for lunch are Jenny Armeni and George McClelland. Parker-Hannifin retirees are being sought to attend the monthly meetings. Erie-Mahoning Valley Railroad Association will meet at noon Tuesday at Davidson’s Restaurant, 3636 Canfield Road, Cornersburg. Reports will be given, and birthdays will be recognized. All railroad retirees and their spouses are welcome.

Lowellville Senior Citizens will not have their monthly meeting July 2 because of the 4th of July holiday. The next meeting will be Aug. 5 with a picnic lunch provided by Phyllis Nolfi at Gianna’s Catering Building in Lowellville. Anyone 55 and over is invited to join. Martha Lupse 50-Plus Card and Game Club will meet from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Room 106 at Poland United Methodist Church. Bridge, 500, chess and checkers will be played, and a pizza party will take place at noon. Marilyn Boggs will give the devotions. For information call 330-549-0183.

Sts Peter and Paul Seniors will meet at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Ukrainian Center with Ann Smith presiding. Pat Hoffman and Laura Dulay will give reports, and lunch will be served by Grace Gruber, Toni Ellashek, and Peg and Bob Moherman.
