Sara Kaminski became the bride of Kevin Kilpatrick in a May 21 ceremony at Curtain Bluff Resort, Antigua, West Indies, in the city of Bolans.
Carol-Ann S. Skepple presided for the 5:30 p.m. rite, and the couple honeymooned at the resort.
A postnuptial reception took place June 25 at Ciminero’s Banquet Centre in Niles for the daughter of John and Marita Kaminski of Austintown and the son of David and Laurie Kilpatrick of Defiance, Ohio.
The bride wore a gown of soft chiffon that was ruched asymmetrically throughout the dress. The one-shoulder design featured a Swarovski crystal accent, and crystals adorned the waist. The gown featured a lace-up corset back and a sweeping train.
Christine Petridis was the maid of honor, and the bridesmaids were Kara Kaminski and Amy Stellutto, sisters of the bride, and Kathryn McBride, sister of the groom. They wore gowns of various colors.
Best man for his brother-in-law was Juddson McBride, and groomsmen were John P. Kaminski, brother of the bride, and Dominic Stellutto, brother-in-law of the bride.
The bride earned a bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University and a master’s degree in public administration from Ohio State University. She is employed in Columbus by the Ohio Conference of the American Association of University Professors as executive director.
The groom earned a liberal studies degree from Bowling Green State University and works as a financial adviser for NCO Financial Systems in Dublin, Ohio.
The newlyweds reside in Columbus.
