Crystal Michlich, 27, of 12th Street, Greenville, Pa., was bound over to Trumbull County Common Pleas Court on the felony charge of aggravated trafficking.

She appeared Wednesday before Girard Municipal Court Judge Michael Bernard on the felony charge and charges of manufacture/cultivation of illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia and possession of drug-abuse instruments.

She was arrested after police were called to a motel on Motor Inn Drive about a complaint of drug use at about 9:30 p.m. last Friday.

A police dog alerted to a front passenger door of a vehicle in the parking lot.

Police searched the vehicle and found the suspect’s purse with six hypodermic needles and a burnt spoon.

The search also produced plastic bags and a large quantity of numbered notebook squares used in heroin bindles.

Police opened a bindle, and the substance was suspected to be heroin.

Officers were permitted to search the suspect’s room, where they reportedly found two digital scales with powdery residue and a mortar with suspected heroin.
