A summary of recent criminal activity in Girard, Hubbard and Liberty:
GIRARD
June 15
Theft: A wallet was removed from a vehicle in the 50 block of Crumlin Avenue.
Endangerment: A child-endangering charge was pending against a woman in her 20s after she had been accused of leaving two infants alone in a vehicle while she was in a Church Hill Road store.
Arrest: A traffic stop near U.S. Route 422 led to the arrest of 26-year-old Jason S. Jablonski, 107 Hazel St., Girard, who was wanted on a warrant accusing him of failure to pay court-ordered child support. Jablonski also was charged with resisting arrest.
Breaking and entering: Someone entered a home in the 200 block of South Market Street and stole a Wii system and a video game.
June 16
Menacing: An Ella Street woman said a former friend posted online false information about her.
June 17
Breaking and entering: Police charged two Youngstown boys, 14 and 15, with breaking and entering after saying the teens had broken into a residence in the 300 block of Dearborn Avenue. One of the boys also was charged with possession of criminal tools, accused of using a set of wire cutters to cut copper piping and electrical wiring.
Harassment: An Ohio Avenue man reported receiving three weeks’ worth of hang-up calls.
June 18
Burglary: To a residence in the 10 block of South Lorain Avenue, from which the homeowner chased the intruder.
Menacing: A Trumbull Avenue woman told police a man in the 600 block of Trumbull has been harassing and stalking her daughter, in part by continually driving by the home.
June 19
Theft: A 250-watt set of speakers, an amplifier and money were taken from a car in the 500 block of Park Avenue.
HUBBARD
June 16
Menacing: A Doris Drive woman reported getting a threatening online message.
Criminal damaging: Officers received a report that vandals had returned to a building in the 500 block of Erie Street.
Breaking and entering: Someone entered an abandoned structure in the 20 block of Mock Street.
June 17
Criminal damaging: Two boys spray-painted the side of a building in the 100 block of North Main Street.
June 18
Menacing: A Westview Avenue man reported his mother’s boyfriend chased and threatened him.
June 19
Menacing: Officers received a report from an Elmwood Drive man that a woman threatened to shoot someone’s residence during an argument regarding a weed trimmer.
Burglary: Items were missing from a residence someone had entered in the 800 block of Woodland Avenue.
LIBERTY
June 15
Theft: A Trumbull Avenue woman reported her son’s $120 bicycle stolen from their driveway.
Theft: A $400 wireless modem was removed from a car in the 3400 block of Belmont Avenue.
Criminal trespassing and damage: Someone entered a vacant James Lane residence, then damaged five windows and a fuse box.
Arrest: Police on Fifth Avenue took into custody 42-year-old Derrick G. McIntosh, 962 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Youngstown. McIntosh was wanted on two city warrants.
Theft: A woman at a Goldie Road business noticed her purse missing from a shopping cart.
Breaking and entering: Someone broke a concrete block wall and entered Smoker Friendly, 3814 Belmont Ave. Stolen were an undetermined amount of cigarettes and money.
Arrest: Eliot Reed, 41, of 107 N. Brockway Ave., Youngstown, was booked at the Mahoning County jail on a probation-violation charge.
June 16
Theft: A Kris Drive woman reported a lawn mower, two gas cans and seven gallons of gasoline stolen.
Counterfeit: A worker for USA Gas Mart, 2904 Belmont Ave., reported receiving two fake $10 bills as well as a phony $20 bill and $50 note.
Arrest: Summer E. Alderman, 33, of 617 W. Ravenwood Ave., Youngstown, was picked up on a township warrant accusing her of failing to appear in court.
Drugs: A traffic stop near Monticello Boulevard resulted in the arrest of 31-year-old Brian R. Forestal, 4004 Burkey Road, Austintown, on a drug-abuse charge. Forestal had a bag containing a controlled substance, a report said.
Stolen property: Charges were pending against a man and a woman, both from Columbiana County, after officers received notice that a truck that had been stolen in Michigan was near state Route 711. Also found were a stolen motorcycle and credit card, as well as suspected drug paraphernalia, a report showed.
Bad checks: A woman at Giant Eagle, 4700 Belmont Ave., wrote nine personal checks totaling $382 that were returned to the store for insufficient funds.
Theft/criminal damaging: A $1,000 furnace was taken from a home in the 20 block of James Lane that also sustained damage to a water heater and drywall.
June 17
Menacing: A 12-year-old boy reported another boy, 15, who had what appeared to be a BB gun threatened to shoot the accuser as he emerged from a wooded area near Kris Drive.
June 18
Aggravated menacing: Authorities charged 28-year-old James R. Floyd, 338 E. Indianola Ave., Youngstown, with aggravated menacing after a North Gate Drive boy reported a man had pulled into a neighbor’s driveway and exposed a firearm, then threatened to kill the teen after accusing him of robbing a relative of Floyd’s.
Arrest: Police responded to a theft at Walmart, 200 Goldie Road, where they took 48-year-old Jeffrey A. Whitney into custody. Whitney, of 722 Miller St., Youngstown, was wanted on three warrants.
