Bob, Darlene Puffer in concert at church

YOUNGSTOWN

Cornersburg Baptist Church, 3898 Tippecanoe Road, will present Bob and Darlene Puffer in concert at 7 p.m. Friday.

The evening will begin with a free cookout with hot dogs and soft drinks. Donations will be accepted. Call 330-799-2833 for information. The Puffers’ song “The Boat Cannot Sink” reached the top spot on gospel music charts in 2008.

Columbiana County Fair tickets on sale

The Columbiana County Fair is selling tickets online at columbianacountyfair.org for the Wednesday and Sunday night demolition derbies as well as the Friday and Saturday night truck and tractor pulls.

Rock fest coming to Niagara, Blossom

The Rockstar Energy Drink UPROAR Festival featuring Avenged Sevenfold, plus main stage artists Three Days Grace, Seether, Bullet For My Valentine and Escape The Fate, comes to First Niagara Pavilion, near Pittsburgh, Sept. 16; and Blossom Music Center, Cuyahoga Falls, Sept. 21.

Hey Kid! presents children’s concert
