St. Michael gardeners have show and dinner

CANFIELD

St. Michael Garden Guild had its annual flower show and dinner May 25 in the parish center. The theme for the show was “Welcome to Neil Diamond.” Jeri Bertison presided. Diana Mullins was the judge.

The Best of Show awards for design and horticulture went to Mag Mitchell.

Blue Ribbon winners for arrangements were Claudia Dirienzo, Ruth Molvin, Liz Rehlinger, Mitchell, Karen Cabraja, Sue D’Agostino, Kaye Smith and Cookie Beeman.

Blue ribbon winners for horticulture were Helen Mocker, Carol Cartwright, Mitchell, Dirienzo, Pat Hoyle, Marge Yerman, Anita Gorman, Doe Gallagher, Mary Ann Silvestri and Lucille Zyznar.

Rehlinger was the clerk, and Mitchell assisted in placing arrangements for design and horticulture.
