Mollie Christoff, Joel DeSocio to wed in August

Michael and Virginia Christoff of Poland are announcing the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Mollie Marie Christoff of Boardman, to Joel Matthew DeSo-cio of Boardman, son of Jean Shays DeSocio, also of Boardman, and Peter J. DeSocio of Newburgh, Ind.

The couple’s Aug. 26 wedding will take place at 2 p.m. at St. Dominic Church in Youngstown, and an evening reception will follow at Antone’s Banquet Center in Boardman. Invitations are being extended for both events.

The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration at Youngstown State University. She is employed as a sales consultant at Paychex Inc. in Uniontown, Ohio.

The prospective groom graduated from John Carroll University with a bachelor’s in psychology and from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. He is a title examiner attorney for First American Title Insurance Co. in Cleveland.
