Carly Christine Bartlone and Larry E. Long Jr., both of Poland, are engaged, their parents are announcing.

She is the daughter of Dan and Gina Fiore of New Castle, Pa., and he is the son of Larry and Marilyn Long of Youngstown.

The couple plan to wed in September at St. Anthony Church in Bessemer, Pa., with a reception to follow at Mr. Anthony’s in Boardman.

The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary and special education at Slippery Rock University.

She is employed with Columbiana Exempted Village Schools as an intervention specialist.

The prospective groom is an electrician with IBEW Union Local 64.
