Joe Van Dudenhove III, a professional tobacconist with The Cigarette Factory, 18 Boardman-Poland Road, Boardman, has qualified for membership in the International Premium Cigar & Pipe Retailers Association. IPCPR is the leading nonprofit industry organization representing retailers, manufacturers and distributors of handmade cigars, pipes and accessories. The group has more than 2,000 members in the U.S. and 31 foreign countries.

Diane Theis, independent distributor for Premier Designs Jewelry in Boardman, was recently inducted into the company’s 2011 Founder’s Club. The Founder’s Club recognizes the top 5 percent of distributors, in this case during February, March and April. The Founder’s Club is a group of 100 jewelers. Theis will be awarded for her accomplishment at Premier Designs’ national rally in July.

Andrew Matta of Refresh Dental Management LLC in Boardman recently became a diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry, making him one of the nation’s leading experts in implant care. Matta went through a rigorous examination, which measured in-depth knowledge and proficient skills.
