Crane fundraiser to aid Teen Challenge

Ohio Valley Teen Challenge will once again have a crane fundraiser to benefit the Men’s Residential Center, in the former Cafaro/Youngstown Osteopathic Hospital on Youngstown’s North Side.

At 1 p.m. June 24 in the parking lot of Chick-Fil-A on Boardman-Poland Road, Teen Challenge staff, students, alumni, board members, advisory group members and local celebrities will take turns being raised more than 60 feet into the air by a crane. They will remain there for 24 hours and be joined by others throughout the day and night. Meanwhile, on the ground there will be a cornhole tournament and a variety of food.
