Pancakes, cornhole and crafts planned

Hubbard Area Chamber of Commerce has planned a day of activities on July 16, beginning at 8 a.m. with its annual pancake breakfast in the Kyle Memorial Pavilion in Harding Park, 249 Roosevelt Drive.

Tickets for the breakfast are $5 per person and include pancakes, sausage, potatoes, juice, coffee and tea.

From 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. there will be an A.C.A.-sanctioned cornhole tournament. First place team will win $500 cash, second place, $200 cash, and third place, a $100 gift card.

Preregistration is $25 per person or $50 a team, and on event day, the cost is $30 per person or $60 per team.

Also from 8 am. to 4 p.m., the chamber will sponsor a craft and vendors market in Harding Park. A 10-foot space is $10; take your own table.

Vendors may sell crafts, art, jewelry, garage and yard sale items or promote a business or organization. No food or beverages are allowed for sale.
