Mr. and Mrs. Robert (Stephanie) VanBrocklin, of Odessa, Fla., announce the birth of their second daughter, Taylor Reid, on June 7. The infant has a sister, Reese Whitney, 3. Paternal grandparents are Harry and Jeanette Van Brocklin of Poland.
