Eastwood Mall app available for iPhones

Smartphone junkies now can experience a new local application.

A free Eastwood Mall app is available for iPhone users and includes features such as a “Reward Zone” gift-card integration, coupons and special offers, a friend finder and a mall directory.

An additional feature is a car finder to help customers remember where they parked their vehicle.

IPhone users can download the application from the App Store by searching for Eastwood Mall or by taking a picture of a QR code on mall signage or food-court tables.

The “Mall Buddy 2.0” app was developed by Virginia-based Reach Messaging Inc. All 12 Cafaro Co. retail malls will have the app.

A similar app for Android and other smartphones will be available at a later date, Cafaro officials said.
