Trumbull Retired Teachers Association will meet at noon Tuesday at Ciminero’s Banquet Centre, 123 N. Main St., Niles. Ten students from nine Trumbull County Public Schools will be introduced as the 2011 TRTA scholarship recipients. CLUBS
Antique Tractor Club of Trumbull County has scheduled a tractor ride for Saturday. The ride will be caravan-style through some of the townships of Trumbull County and end with a picnic lunch at the Schwartz Farm on Everett Hull Road. Everyone should take a covered dish to share and eating utensils. A wagon also will be available for use. Those attending must be a member with dues up to date; or you can join that day. Chapter CE of PEO Sisterhood will meet at noon Wednesday at A La Cart in Canfield for a lunch and meeting. The program will be convention reports, and speakers will be Kathryn Adams and Lisa Velker. Hostesses will be Lynn Doyle Pentworth and Karen Dennison.
Poland Women’s Club will have its second annual picnic at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Fellows Riverside Gardens, Mill Creek Park. The cost is $25 per person, and guests are welcome. Your check is your reservation.

LIBRARY FRIENDS
Friends of the Boardman Library will meet at noon Monday for the annual June luncheon. Monthly meetings will resume in September. Friends will continue to accept donations of paperbacks, hard cover books, magazines, children’s books and DVDs through the summer from 10 a.m. to noon on the first and third Saturdays of each month. It is requested that no textbooks or encyclopedias be donated.
RELIGIOUS GROUPS
Christian Coalition of Mercer County will meet from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the First Assembly of God Church on North Keel Ridge Road, Hermitage, Pa. A brief meeting will precede the speaker, Mickey Paoletta, with a question and answer session to follow. Paoletta, a Sharon native, is the founder of The Citizens’ Reform Center, now in 44 states. Refreshments and fellowship will follow the meeting.
Court Bishop James McFadden 1650, Catholic Daughters of the Americas, will have its annual indoor picnic and last regular meeting of the year at 1 p.m. June 23 at The Elmton Restaurant, 584 5th St., Struthers. St. Anthony’s Society and Auxiliary of Struthers will honor the Feast of St. Anthony on Monday with a Mass at 11 a.m. at St. Nicholas Church in Struthers, followed by a luncheon in St. Anthony’s Hall. The society will honor two students, Emily Gabriele and Amanda Vasvari, with John Spano and Frank Quattro Scholarships to Youngstown State University.
