Summer wedding for Miss Gibbons, David Sypert

David and Janet Sypert of Boardman are announcing the engagement of their son, David Sypert, to Jessica Gibbons, daughter of Drs. Gregory and Rebecca Gibbons of Columbus.

Miss Gibbons received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from John Carroll University and her master’s and psychology specialist degree from Cleveland State University. She is a school psychologist with West Branch Local Schools.

Mr. Sypert received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and biology from John Carroll University. He spent one year at Cleveland Clinic doing medical research before starting medical school at Ohio University. He is completing a two-year rotation at St. Joseph’s Health Center in Warren.

The couple will marry this summer.
