Baby raccoons rescued, released at farm

Several month-old raccoons are now safely at a local farm, New Middletown police said.

Officers were called to Struthers Road after the raccoons fell into a manhole in deep water Tuesday afternoon.

The police were unable to retrieve the raccoons and contacted an animal activist who was able to rescue the raccoons and release them at a local farm, according to reports.
