Greatest: Jonah takes on the Copeland monster


Okay fellow golfers, we’re back for week 6 of our Greatest 18 of 2011 and this week we’re heading down to Columbiana to visit one of the most difficult par four’s in the area... Number 10 at Copeland Hills. There are a lot of reasons why a hole could be considered “great.” When I think of number 10 at Copeland, I immediately think, “plain old difficult.” And I don’t mean that in a bad way! Sometimes “plain old difficult” holes are just what we need.

When we look at the tenth hole at Copeland, it’s obvious that the hole is a monster. At almost 500 yards from the back tee, this par four actually plays longer than the yardage on the card because the second shot is straight uphill!
