Festival seeks ethnic groups

The Summer Festival of the Arts at Youngstown State University on July 9 and 10 is seeking ethnic groups to participate in the Festival of Nations.

Groups, which can be affiliated with churches or ethnic organizations, are given a booth in which to offer food, cultural displays and music or dance performances.

More than 20 groups participated last year but space is available for new groups, said Lori Factor, director of the festival.
