Story of sextuplets born to Pa. couple to be told today

ABINGTON, Pa. (AP) — The parents of sextuplets who were born at a suburban Philadelphia hospital are set to be introduced to the world.

Abington Memorial Hospital says it will introduce the parents, as well as the doctors and nurses who delivered the babies, at a news conference today. The babies, three boys and three girls, are still in intensive care after being born premature on Wednesday.

Pennsylvania already has a famous set of sextuplets. The reality TV show “Jon & Kate Plus 8” and the spinoff “Kate Plus 8” tell the store of Jon and Kate Gosselin’s twins and sextuplets, who live in Wernersville — an eastern Pennsylvania town near Reading.
