SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR
The Mahoning County High School Class of 2011 is all smiles at Friday’s commencement ceremony at the school, 3321 Hudson Ave., on Youngstown‘s South Side. The school, in its third year, has 98 students in grades nine through 12, and tries to provide a therapeutic environment and support system to the students, many of whom have difficulty fitting into a traditional school setting.
