The 100-pound (6-8) team also had one of its most successful seasons in years, finishing with a 5-3 mark. The cheerleaders had a great season culminating with the senior cheerleaders capturing the Fall Frenzy cheerleading competition in Canton.
Coaches John French and Tom Donadee return to coach the 140-pound and 120-pound squads, respectively. Christian Syrianoudis will move up to take the reins of the 95-pound (6-8) team. Jessica Kabetso returns as freshman cheer coach, while LeAnn Douglass returns to coach the senior girls after a year off. Madonna Barwick will take the helm of the junior cheer squad.
The Little Cardinals provide cheerleading and football programs to more than 200 boys and girls. The program is focused on teaching teamwork, the fundamentals of youth football and cheerleading in a safe and competitive environment.
