Task force arrests two in Trumbull County meth bust

WARREN — Two people were taken into custody Thursday at 164 Park Drive, Leavittsburg, after the Trumbull Ashtabula Group Law Enforcement Task Force served a search warrant there and found methamphetamine, along with materials typically used to make the drug.

Joshua J. Eubank, 36, was found outside of the house, and Chelsey A. Kirby, 25, was found inside. Both face drug charges and were taken to the Trumbull County jail.

Officers sought the search warrant after a monthlong investigation.

In addition to the drugs, which were in a package, officers found digital scales, portable radios, a police scanner, hypodermic needles, and Mason jars with suspected drug residue.
